I am Ava and my passion is helping people experience a better quality of life whether through massage, Reiki Energy Healing or Spiritual Response Therapy. I have almost 20 years in the health/personal care, spiritual counseling and transformational coaching industries and I honestly can’t believe it’s been that long sometimes! I took a sojourn through the corporate world many years ago for a little while and learned so many things I use today as a business owner and had so many experiences I’ll never forget. But, I couldn’t resist the call back to this realm.
I consider myself a lifelong seeker, trying to learn and grow from the lessons life has to teach, as difficult as they may seem. I’ve also run the ‘gamut’ so-to-speak with workshops, meetings, clearings, licenses, certifications, sessions, books, blessings, baptisms, initiations, ordainments, classes, study groups, attunements, lotions, potions, tinctures, brews, teas, and basically whatever I could find to help me feel better. What I have come to understand for my own journey is that it takes a village (still!) and all levels of my being need a little or a lot of something regularly. So, the result has been the ability to talk about a wide variety of subjects, offering help and guidance when I can based on what I know or have experienced. I’m still learning and growing, messing up and trying again so I haven’t quite figured it all out just yet. You can usually find me trying (and failing from time to time!) to ‘practice what I preach’.
The healing journey isn’t always fun and filled with rainbows and butterflies. It can be painful and uncomfortable at times. My hope is that when you have a session with me, you find some laughter (I am known to say a silly thing or two) to help lighten the load, some relaxation and peace and that you can take that feeling with you everywhere you go for a little while.

Hands down best massage I have ever had in my life. Ava is amazing and so thorough. She got knots out i didn't even know I had. The amount of release I experienced was out of this world. My body was vibrating after the experience. I can't thank you enough Ava! I will most certainly be back. 🙌🙆♀️

I have been a client of Ava for over 7 years. Due to my job I spend many hours in front of my computer, and I have suffered with shoulder and back paid for years. I have gone to many chiropractors and massage therapists, but nobody could help me as much as Ava did. Ava knew right away how to help me with tension and I felt better right away. I had massage sessions with Ava regularly for many years until I moved from Palm Harbor to South Tampa few years ago. For 2 years I tried to find a therapist as wonderful as Ava, but unsuccessfully. I made a decision to become Ava’s client again, and I was so happy and relieved right after the first session! I do not mind an hour drive to go see Ava at least every 2 weeks because I know that no one can relieve my back pain as well Ava. I cannot recommend Ava enough if you are looking for a talented, knowledgeable and attentive massage therapist.

I haven't had a massage in 8 years. My body have been screaming for one. I have neck and lower back pain on and off. Other than my nose clogging up during facing down LOL. I enjoyed the massage. Very relaxing!!! This was my first time with jennifer and I can say she will be my permanent massage therapist going forward. Thanks J! See you Soon.
7 months passed by, came back to update. Do not make the same mistake I made. Keep things professional, She will banned you from her studio. She is a kind soul and very nice women. I just lost a very good massage therapist because of my own stupidity. She is still a 5 star and that won't change.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I moved here 12 yrs ago, and it took me quite a few yrs to find a good massage therapist and I can honestly say, I STRUCK GOLD when I found Ava!! I have been going to her for yrs now (no one compares). Whether it's to fix a problem which I've had plenty, from sciatic to my hamstrings and glutes being completely locked up ( I am a nurse, I spend HOURS on my feet,, not getting time to stretch properly), or just have a nice relaxing massage, she top notch.
She is warm and caring, she listens to you (and actually hears you), how you're feeling, what you're expectations are, and talks to you about what will help you the best. You will NEVER feel like you are on an assembly line to the next appointment behind you because she just doesn't work like that. She allows time to speak to her clients so each client is relaxed, giving a complete HOLICTIC experience. Once you've seen her, you won't see or search for another 😊

Ava always gives a very good massage experience. She can find my aches and pains and is able to perform deep tissue with pain. I come away relaxed and renewed. She is a vital part of my personal wellness.

I can not say enough about Ava! She is by far the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. She has a true gift with know how to heal your body. She is professional, her work environment is clean and relaxing. I highly recommend her. Everyone I have sent to her has not gone to anyone else.
